Don helped me purchase a home in 1989 and sold it in 2016. Don and Dale worked with me over a year looking for the right condo and ultimately Dale guided me through the purchase of a condo in 2017, Dale was very responsive via text messages and/or emails.During the negotiations Dale worked hard to get what I wanted in terms of price and repairs. As a first time home buyer, buying a house is stressful and confusing. Don and Dale were great to help me through and answered any questions I may have, even if they were silly questions. They were amazing! Extremely responsive (even on the weekends), very knowledgeable about the area (would even tell me if an area wasnt ideal), and know a lot of people in the area (which helped me get into places earlier than the general public). When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house last year a friend recommended I get in touch with Dale and Don at Cornerstone Properties and I am glad that I did. Even after visiting over 20 houses (sorry Dale!), they encouraged us to stay patient and helped us focus on finding the right house for us rather than settling.
