We worked for over a year in identifying an investment property that hit all the buckets I was looking for which is a challenge in todays market. He drove and video taped walk throughs for me, and submitted to me extensive financial modeling reports per each property visited so I didn?t have to myself, till we came across the right deal. Even through challenges presented at the underwriting stage, there was additional patience and bargaining acumen needed, and Dale proved capable as well. ZillowVERIFIED Dale was a calm and steadfast agent. We started working with Dale in search of a Multi-family in December 2020. This was our first home search and Dale was extremely helpful in helping us understand typical things to look out for when evaluating a property, which helped build our confidence and build trust along the way. As you can imagine, the market during this time period was (still is) highly competitive, and Dale really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Along the way of working together, we fine tuned the ways we communicated and evaluated properties which seemed to work like clockwork eventually. We might have looked at at least 30+ properties and 10 offers later (yes 10) and we finally got our new home in August 2021! Dale was there with us EVERY.SINGLE.STEP of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Dale is a top notch investor friendly real estate agent. Dale understands makes a property good investment, how to run numbers, and how to analyze condition of property. Dale is also great at communication, he was able to prepare an organized analysis report for each property we considered which I used to make my decision. Dale also went out of his way to record videos of the property for me and upload them to YouTube. Buffalo market is pretty hot right now so being quick when a listing hits MLS is key and Dale was good at getting into these properties ASAP.
