He found us an estate sale company for the furniture. He also had a contact for the cleaning and removal of the contents that the estate sale company did not want. Couldnt have been easier.

From the first day we meet, I knew he was a great guy, it all started this July (2020) when we started house hunting, with my low budget, Dale could have bailed on me, but he did not, he was hyped to find me the BEST home. When we find the right home, there were many issues credit-wise, but he didn't give up, he played the smooth talker to the seller, and finally, on December 23, the house was mine my very first home. I had heard the horror stories about what could go wrong, the time, effort, and frustrations that the process of buying a house comes with, and not to mention I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or how to get started. On my first phone call with Dale I remember him telling me not to worry. He said he would be with me every step of the way and we would get through it in a breeze. I am happy to say that Dale 100% stuck to his word. I am now a homeowner and dont have anything negative to say about the process. Dale made things extremely easy on me. Any questions I had, he was there to answer. He worked around my schedule to view houses, offered advice when it was needed, and never tried to talk me into anything that I was not comfortable with. An overall great experience! Who knew home buying could be fun. I look forward to working with Dale again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Dale was essential to our home buying process. We started looking at homes in February of 2016, and probably viewed well over 20 homes in person. He would always send us lists of homes that fell into what we were looking for, and then was accessible any time to view the homes. We very rarely had a date or time that he wasn't able to accommodate - which is impressive as he's located over an hour away. During our home buying process we made offers to a few different homes, and he was always honest about what he thought the outcome might be. We ended up making our final offer on a shortsale, and he stuck by our sides for over a year as we were waiting to get the acceptance. Closing went as expected for it being a shortsale, but Dale was able to recommend a closing attorney who did great. We are very happy with how the buying process went overall, and when we look to buy another home in the far future we will reach out to him again!
