His knowledge of the market in our area and the tools available to give us the best possible outcome of the sale of our home were very comforting. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. We were able to have very good communication during the sale. No matter what my questions were he took the time to answer my concerns. He helped me locate an electrician to do a service upgrade and a wiring issue that increased the saleablity of the house. He even loaned me the use of his pick up truck to take several loads to the dump ! All in all my wife and I are very pleased and thankful for all that Dale and Vision Realty did for us. Review As we looked to buy a house, we wanted a realtor who was knowledge about the market and about houses, was easy to work with, and was a good negotiator. In Dale King, we got all of that. He has the ability to walk into a house and know the strengths and weaknesses of a house. With many a house, he walked in and told us not to buy based on x, y, and z. When we found the house we wanted, Dale's market knowledge and negotiation skills helped us by a house at $10,000 less than asking price and $9,000 off closing costs (in a buyer's market). When it came time to sell our house, we had to replace our septic, a daunting task. Dale and his wife, Jackie, helped us figure out how to expedite the permit process and navigate the septic replacement. We tell everyone, whether or not they are looking to buy or sell a house, to use Dale King. We are so thankful for having had him recommended to us for this process.

Review I contacted Dale in March for my upcoming move from FL. I was previously working with a realtor who stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. At the end of April we drove up and saw about 10 houses and made an offer that was accepted. He warned us the house may not appraise, and eventually the deal fell through due to a surprisingly bad appraisal at the end of May. My wife and I were due to start work in July and very stressed out. We wanted to buy the next house we saw over video, and anything we liked. He calmed us down and eventually we found a beautiful home in the country with a pool. Dale really went above and beyond to facilitate our move and I cannot recommend him enough.

The renters had vacated the property and with myself being from out of town had no experience in the local area. On one of my trips to the property, Dale met with me and inspected the damage. He gave me guidance and put me in touch with a wonderful contractor who helped rebuild our property back to the "best-looking house on the street." He was able to ask questions we would not have thought of and made sure everything was in order.
