Our first meeting was via video conference and he came prepared to answer all of our questions. He was so prepared we had no questions in the end because he touched every thought that crossed our mind before and during the call. He also had the necessary handyman and pool guy to repair a few things at the house prior to the house being listed. He was extremely helpful.... he even pulled up the trash cans for me since I live out of state. When it came to pricing the house.... he hit the nail on the head!
