ZillowVERIFIEDDaiva helped us purchased our first home. We were connected with her via a friend whom also bought a house in the same town. Daiva usually buys and sells in metrowest instead of north of the city. But this did not stop us from working with her. I like how she set up many house viewing appointments. This exercise really shaped and further confirmed our want- vs need- list when purchasing a home. We also realized our budget was low for our expectation and we were able to adjust accordingly.Obviously as an excellent realtor like she is, she works with other clients at the same time. But we ALWAYS feel she dedicated all her time to us. After we decided on putting an offer to the house, she went to the town hall and researched the permits pulled for the house to ensure the updates were done appropriately, looked at the plot and surrounding area to make sure there were no further construction or land sale around. She connected us with an excellent house inspector and she went through the house with a fine tooth comb and pointed out items that require fixing. Daiva used the list to work with a contractor to get a quote of how much the updates would cost and was able to negotiate the cost into the home sale. If there is a ten-rating scale, she actually deserves 15-, even 20- stars! She is a gem you want to work with when you are buying or selling a home!

This helped us to see what changes or updates that we needed to do prior to sale and to set a realistic price. The house was photographed and listed in days. The open house occurred Just days before things started shutting down due to the pandemic. We had multiple offers over asking price. Daiva was extremely helpful explaining the pros and cons of each offer. The house closed on the expected date with no issues.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start off by saying that Daiva is the most phenomenal realtor we have ever come across. We had an extremely complicated short sale that no other broker had been able to close for 4 years. There is absolutely NO WAY we could have owned our home without her. She literally stood in the line of fire between the banks (and there were several who had been involved), the listing brokers, former brokers, the home existing home owner, lawyers from the sellers side and Wells Fargo lawyers who nearly lost us the deal on the day of the close. Daiva completely stepped up and basically saved an almost failed, and impossible Real Estate transaction and went so far beyond representing us we will NEVER go to another broker. She made ALL the difficult calls to save the deal and put us in a home we will never leave. There is no way we can repay her efforts other than invite her to every holiday party we ever have.Thank you again Daiva, you are a remarkable woman and a powerhouse of a broker!!!1!

ZillowVERIFIED Daiva was absolutely wonderful to work with on the combined sale of one home and purchase of another home 8 years ago. Daiva also recently assisted me with the same set of transactions; the sale of one home and the purchase of another. Daiva is extremely knowledgeable, guiding me though the many steps in the process of buying and selling a home, letting me know what to anticipate, what potential issues may arise, and in offering preliminary home inspection. She could find potential issues with a house in the initial walk-through, that may become red flags in an actual inspection. Daiva was prompt in responding to questions, almost any time of day or night. She was also good at helping to alleviate buyers jitters when they arose. She approaches the whole process with a level head, and offered sound advice. Daiva lso became a friend through the buying and selling process, I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation!

She is so good at listening to your comments about homes you've seen, and taking that info to find the next one that might suit you better. She is so knowledgeable about what's good and what's not in a house and will tell you when a house has "good bones".
