Over the course of 6 months, Daisy spent a lot of time searching for a house that was just right for my family. She knew what we wanted and didn't stop until we found it. The moment the seller dropped the price on our home, she jumped on it and got us in to see the house right away. We made an offer that day and the seller accepted! Daisy was so responsive throughout the entire process. Always one step ahead of the game, answered my texts and calls right away no matter what time of the day (or night) it was, and helped direct me to a team of wonderful people who made it all possible to get the home of our dreams. The whole process start to finish was such a pleasure and it truly is all thanks to Daisy!

Creative thinking and idea-driven action based on each situation as it arises. 4. Willingness to take up the slack when someone else in the chain is unwilling or unable to accomplish their tasks. 4. "Unflappable" reaction to problems and surprises. 5. Creative but never reckless. 6. Supportive and confident. I counted on Daisy to do and be all those things, because that's what I would expect from myself. I was not disappointed. Over time, I developed complete trust in her judgment and ability. Her advice was always on target, even when I didn't agree. She knew when to be flexible and when to stand her ground. She kept me level and grounded throughout the entire process, which was nerve-wracking for me. Even the closing was a breeze. She was on top of every facet of the Listing, Selling, and Closing aspects of the process. I cannot imagine having picked a better professional to handle this transaction. ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Daisy back in the Spring of 2014 knowing that our actual move to Florida would not take place until sometime in mid to late 2015. During a visit in March of 2014 Daisy initially showed us a range of properties that allowed us to narrow our search down to type of home but also a more specific area. In April of 2015 when our home in Georgia sold rapidly, Daisy again met with us on a second trip to again review properties and provide more details regarding how real estate works in this part of Florida which was different from what we were accustomed to. She gave us leads on finding temporary lodging, mortgage information in this area and recommendations on closing attorneys as well. Finally, when we actually moved here, she responded very quickly to show us properties we selected as most homes are not on the market long. We were fortunate that our first choice was still available and Daisy worked quickly to convey our offer. Obviously this whole process took over a year and throughout Daisy kept us informed and was very patient in allowing the process and our situation to run its course. We are very appreciative and would most strongly recommend Daisy not only for her real estate professionalism but her pleasant and helpful demeanor as well. She made our move from Georgia to Florida much less stressful.
