From the very beginning, Dahlia was proactive and honest about what I needed to do to prepare my home for sale. She challenged me on a few things that I initially didn't think were necessary, but looking back, I truly believe her advice contributed to how quickly the home sold. We had it under contract within about 48 hours. What really stood out to me was how much Dahlia anticipated my needs throughout the entire process.
