I have known Cindy for approximately 10 years. In 2016 Cindy was helping my niece and her husband buy a house in Vestal. I was anxious that everything go smoothly for them. I soon learned that Cindy was a consummate professional, and yet a friendly, calming person. Needless to say, all went smoothly. In 2022, my niece and her husband called Cindy. They were thinking of buying a house nearby. Again, Cindy came to their aid. Although they did not buy the house, the first person they called for her expertise was Cindy. In 2024, I contacted Cindy and asked her to value our mothers house in Endwell. Cindy came out, looked at the house and helped us determine how to proceed. We did not sell the house at that point. But Cindy gave her own time, no questions asked, to help us. That is just the kind of person Cindy is. Just this fall of 2026, I called upon Cindy once again to help us (3 siblings) sell our mothers house. I never would have thought to call anyone else. Cindy perfectly navigated us through the process. And with 3 siblings with 3 different personalities, that was not always easy! Haha! We ended up selling the house $10,000 above list price. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful though out the entire process. She was in constant contact with updates as soon as they where available and when they where not, she let me know so I would not worry. With both of the houses I looked she gave gave her opinions when on the properties when ask and helped during the walk though. She wasaytentive but not to the point of being pushy, and made the experience that much less stressful. When there where troubles during the process, she helped ease tension and point me in the right direction. She made first time house buying extremely enjoyable and I would recommend her to any first time buyer.

Cindy helped us to both sell our home and purchase a new one. She showed us many properties over the course of a few months (we were pretty picky), but she consistently got us in to see newly listed homes shortly after going on the market. Ultimately, this worked in our favor as we were able to see and make an offer on our new home before anyone else had a chance to see it. When we were ready to sell our previous home, she helped us decide on a listing price that was both realistic but that we were happy with. Our home received offers within the first month and we ended up getting an offer at asking price. Cindy helped us through the entire process and was quick to respond to all of our questions or concerns. Overall, Cindy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We'd definitely recommend her to others.
