ZillowVERIFIED Cynthia is very knowledgeable and has great skills regarding potential road blocks in the real estate process. She listed and had an offer on our home in less than 3 days, well above asking. After a 60 day closing period went bad on the 56th day, due to the buyers lender backing out. Most agents would have let it go and re listed. Instead Cynthia went and found another lender while everyone else was still shocked on losing the original lender. Within 12 days she had the deal closed and the home sold. It was quite a masterful move on her part. Than the new home building contract we had signed had become another big issue. A 150 day build time turned into over a year long process. Cynthia was the buyer agent on our behalf. Cynthia stayed on top of our needs emotionally as well helped manage our frustrations with the builders process. She was on our team fighting for our rights and suggesting many different options as the process dragged on. I don?t believe many other agents would have endured both the closing challenges on home number 1 and the 1 year long builder process, which had real legal challenges in the end. This lady is amazing and not easily pushed around, or rattled in any situation. This might be a sellers market right now but I have never seen or heard of all the new challenges that have come along with it! We have sold many homes and built 4 homes over the years. 2020/202, WOW whole new set of rules. Cynthia, earned our respect and every dollar of her fees dealing with our challenges for over a year.
