Get fully pre-approved first, know your budget, your absolute max monthly payment, and be ready to move fast when the right home hits the market. Meeting with your agent upfront helps you understand the full buying process, avoid costly surprises, and put a smart game plan in place so you’re ready the moment the right home comes along.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price your home correctly from day one and present it like a model home—clean, decluttered, and repaired—because the first two weeks are when you get the most attention and best offers. A strong marketing plan with professional photos, strategic exposure, and smart negotiation will help you sell faster and for the highest possible price.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all clients buying or selling—including residential, commercial, investment, luxury properties, and vacant land—while having a special passion for serving the senior market.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Two recent transactions come to mind. I helped a family sell a home that held decades of memories, so it was truly bittersweet—there was sadness in letting it go, but also peace in knowing it was the right step for their next chapter. I guided them through every detail with care and patience, and watching another family fall in love with the home made it feel like their memories were being honored and the home was starting a beautiful new story. Recently, a first-time buyer came to me feeling frustrated and discouraged after a tough experience with a previous agent, and he wasn’t sure what steps to take next. I took the time to educate him on the process, explain what to expect, and create a clear game plan— we quickly found the perfect property and he finally got his first “home sweet home.”
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My background in marketing and office administration paired perfectly with real estate because it allows me to promote homes strategically while managing every detail with accuracy and organization. Since becoming a Realtor in 1991, I’ve combined those skills with being a true people person—building relationships easily, communicating clearly, and using my natural sales ability to negotiate confidently and deliver a smooth, successful experience for every client.
