Cynthia lived much closer to our home and had personal knowledge of the area and that made sense to us. At our first meeting, she quickly demonstrated her understanding of the unique market we were facing and came prepared to provide answers to our questions. She worked very well with the partnering realtor and became the lead in making all the necessary contacts and keeping us on schedule to prepare our home for sale. We had a monumental task in completing so much on our own and Cynthia responded with as much professionalism as she did with friendly support in helping us find solutions to get the hard work done!
