As a first time home buyer, it was nerve wrecking at first, especially with having to go through mortgage process twice after the first one failed me. However, through thick and thin, hills and valleys, one road block after another, Cyndi never left me stranded and advised me every step of the way..... And for that, I want to say thank you for everything you have done for me and I hope that many others will get to experience this white glove service you offer so effortless.

Cynthia has 10 years of experience in the real estate business. Cynthia is very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very aqulamated to the areas in which she marketing. To inform buyers of school ratings, crime ratings, even local shopping areas. Not only is she knowledgeable, Cynthia is very personable. She is available at all times to answer any questions or needs. I would highly recommend Cynthia Rabb. She had made my experience of one of the smoothest experiences ever. I truly thank you Cynthia.

I bought my first house with Cynthia in July 2012 and it was a wonderful experience. She was very knowledgeable, patient and always went above and beyond for me. I would recommend her and have to anyone looking to purchase a home. I now consider her way more than just a Realtor, shes now a friend.
