Cindy is very responsive, quick to return email and phone calls, and super fast at answering any questions. She really understands EVERY aspect of the business surrounding real estate and she knows what is important to each customer. Cindy served as dual agent on the property that we were purchasing and another that we were selling. The tenants in the home that we were selling were an EXTREME challenge. She took it upon herself to handle them. Needless to say, Cindy deserves angel wings for her due diligence at successfully handling our tenants and their lease. In both transactions, the sale and the purchase, Cindy was fair, honest, direct, and she drove for results in favor of all parties involved.
