We were amazed how many people were already setting up times to view our home before opened house. And on our open house we had about several offers in hand. Cynthia had provided a great person to stage our home and the photographer was just fantastic. She walked us through every aspect of selling our home, and we are still using her services to help purchase our next home as we speak. She is amazing. Review My husband and I were relocating to the Austin/San Antonio are due to his job transfer. He was already living in the area but I was still residing in Tulsa. We still had a house to sell there. He randomly chose Cynthia after a realtor that was recommended to him by a co-worker did not respond. We got lucky! Cynthia made the process of moving during a pandemic so much less stressful! Review Cynthia helped me purchase my first home and I could not imagaine doing it without her. She met with me on a Saturday at a coffee shop (when she was already booked that day) to thoroughly explain the process. I felt educated and prepared after our meeting. Throughout the process she was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and truly had my best interest in mind in negotiations. I knew I could call or text her at any time and she would help to fit my schedule when I wanted to view properties. At closing she gave me a binder for my new home with every possible thing I might need. Attention to detail is an understatement. She is a subperior real estate agent. Review Although we had spoken to another agent, we stumbled upon Cynthia at an open house. We were drawn to her and later signed with her as our buyers agent. She expertly trudged through 5 offers with us, the fifth of which finally became ours! It wasnt an easy process at all...although we were veteran buyers, our deal was burdened by unforeseen difficulties from the listing side. Cynthia stayed on top of everything, and even when the surprises came, she already had options to solve the issues presented to us. In addition, Cynthia is simply a nice person! She was always calm and reassuring during all the tense moments of our negotiation and our 11 week closing process!! Review Heads up to any first-time buyers - Finding and buying a home is not an easy or stress-free process. I underestimated that. But probably the most underestimated decision in that process is selecting the right realtor. I honestly didn't put much thought into it because God just seemed to drop Cynthia right in front of me and we hit it off right away. I never could have predicted all of the ups and downs that would come, and I couldn't be sitting in my home writing this today without Cynthia on my team. As things got messy, she brought me so much peace. And at a time that we all want answers now, Cynthia was super responsive and willing to meet at any time and place, clearly working around the clock for her clients. She is very knowledgeable and continually further educating herself, with a great network of resources that she's not afraid to turn to when needed. Review Wow where do I start! Cynthia is amazing at what she does! Her attention to detail was amazing. I had no idea we could even afford a new home and I had no knowledge on how to sell or buy a home!
