About Cynthia Martin

Originally from Long Island, Cyndi is a graduate of Adelphi University's School of Communications. She has spent the first 10 years of her career in broadcast news administration when she bought a home and fell in love with residential architecture, aesthetics, design and home organization. After studying Traditional Chinese Feng Shui and becoming a Master Feng Shui Consultant and Certified Home Stager, Cyndi began working with people to improve their homes and eventually took the next logical step, for her, into real estate. Cyndi is a proud member of various organizations that adhere to a strict Code of Ethics such as: Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® New York State Association of REALTORS® National Association of REALTORS® International Feng Shui Guild Real Estate Staging Association Cyndi has earned the following designations/recognition: CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert) As a breast cancer survivor and advocate for womens health issues, Cyndi lends her talents at a local breast cancer organization. When she is not there, or helping people buy or sell homes, you can find Cyndi volunteering at her church, playing with her puppy, Prince Diggy Bleu (aka @BleuberryThePup on Instagram) going on excursions of all kinds with her beautiful twin daughters, or performing various, creative home projects and improvements. Cyndi loves to laugh, and has found that laughter has gotten her through the most trying moments of her life.

We were first introduced to Cyndi through my company when we relocated to the area in 2022. She stuck with us through us through a long difficult search and was so supportive/helpful. When we weren't able to find a home at that time, she was able to quickly pivot to helping us find a wonderful rental that worked well for us for 2.5 years.
