The team was especially helpful to us on the sale side in the midst of the crazy circumstances of the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. Cynthia and her team know what they are doing. They had strategies and could answer our questions. Selling our house was definitely not their first listing. Cons: we were first going thru the process of listing our house, her initial listing price was lower than we thought it should be. This is obviously one of the toughest parts of listing a house, but we worked things out with Cynthias team and came to the right decision. Overall, Cynthia and team helped us get the house we wanted and helped us sell our house for more than asking price.
