I honestly just figured that it couldnt get any worse, sadly. But to my surprise, it was the total opposite!!! Thank God!!! Darren was super professional, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took the time out to build up a rapport a that means a lot. He explained everything thoroughly and broke down the process step by step, which wasnt done with the previous.
