ZillowVERIFIEDCindy Greco was a five-star agent. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Cindy helped us out beyond what a real estate agent is reliable to do. Most of all communication skills. Also returning your phone calls in a timely manner. Thank you for being our agent. Tony and Denise.

ZillowVERIFIED I have experienced buying homes for many years using various realtors but Cindy Greco is by far the hardest working and most knowledgeable of any of them. She continuously recommended homes that fit our needs and requests and was very willing to make sure that we could see them. She knew the residential areas and could tell us the benefits and the pitfalls of each area. She was also very helpful in negotiating when it came to the inspection report fixes. I will certainly use Cindy again when it comes to purchasing my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Greco was our rock when, as things often do, a hiccup or problem arose. She didn't waver and offered guidance during any give and take in the process. We especially liked her responsiveness to texts and emails, her very thorough and ultimately right on the money analysis of our home's value and comps in the area. Ms. Greco was present for all the major steps in the process, including showings, open house, buyer inspection, closing, etc. She was pleasant to work with as well. We highly recommend her to anyone selling a home.Brian and Karen S.

ZillowVERIFIED We had to sell a relatives home during Covid Pandemic. As a result we faced several unusual challenges. We were also doing most of the transaction from across the country. All our communications and concerns were met and answered within the day.Cindy Greco provided all the usual help plus handling several unusual situations that we were unable to handle because of distance and timing. With out her aid I don't think the sale of the house would have gone through in a timely manner.I would recommend her as a Real Estate Professional to all my friends and neighbors.

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy Greco - one word - Awesome! I put a task to sell, buy and close at the same time and she was always available via in person, cell, email. I was not a easy customer, I knew I wanted to sell my home for specific reasons but also had not picked our new home. She took the time to deal with every home I found, was always available for showings for interested properties, and at the same time was doing open houses on my existing property. I did not believe that I would been able to sell my home for top dollar, find our dream home, and close on the same day but it happened. What a negotiator, she understands on how to "make a deal". She performed over and beyond and focused on MY interests. Going out of her way to help me find the diamond in the rough, Could not be happier with her services and will work with her again. Cindy is TOP NOTCH and honest, she takes the time to understand your wants and went beyond any of my expectations. With her help, she help me find a new home that had every want and need. Beth and I could not be happier. Thank you is not enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended Cindy Greco by friends. She proved to be just the person I needed, as I purchased 2 acres and a manufactured home. Apparently these types of homes are harder to get a loan for. Cindy researched and found a lender for me. She was involved every step of the way and helped negotiate price among other things she did. Cindy is very helpful and pleasant to work with. She knows the business. I would recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Cindy Greco when we got stationed at MacDill and decided we wanted to buy another home. We initially were in contact with 4 different realtors, but quickly realized that Cindy was the agent for us. She helped get in to the most amazing home in a prime location. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Tampa area, you won't find a better realtor than Cindy. Friendly, efficient, and a true professional who will get you in (or out of) your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional. The only one who called us back and responded to our initial inquiry regarding potential of purchasing a home in this area. Supportive through the frustrations of the home buying process.
