The only thing that I was disappointed with and think that Cynthia could improve upon are her negoitiation skills. I dont feel that she really negoatiated for me or gave me any guidance to get the price that I wanted. She more or less made the phone calls to the other agent and communicated my price and when I asked her for her adivce, she really didnt give me any.
