About Cynthia Carnahan

Cindy has lived in Wichita her entire life and has spent over 30 years selling residential real estate. Cindy was educated in the Wichita Public Schools, attended Wichita State University and obtained a degree in Elementary Education from Wichita State University. She was A Tri-Delta at WSU and went on to teach in the Wichita Public Schools briefly before going to work with her mother and father in a family owned real estate company, The Ed Clarke Company Realtors. For 14 years Cindy followed her father to open houses and to closings learning the best of business. At 72, Ed Clarke retired and Cindy decided to broaden her experiences by going to work for her biggest competitor and the largest real estate company in Wichita...J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. My wife and I moved to Wichita back in 2020 and Clarke helped us find the perfect home for our family. We had such a good experience with Clarke we chose him to be the same person to sell our house. He was able to get our home listed and field offers the same day. We went on the market at lunch and had a firm offer at asking within 4 hours. He negotiated repairs with the sale and helped us have a smooth transition as we moved away from Wichita. Clarke was responsive to any questions we had at any point of the day or night.
