I am a Michigan girl with that good ole mid-western work ethic that moved to the Sunshine State of Florida many years ago.I have had many careers as a young girl with my profession ending as a VP for a woman's medical diagnostic company for 17 years and when the company closed in 2005, I decided to try my hand in Real Estate! Recently 2022 opened my own real estate buisness "Gulf Coast Living Real Estate,Inc" I have been selling real estate in SW Florida for 13 years. I have worked very hard to build my business being Certified Globally (GMA) as well as Relocation Agent for USAA and Navy Federal to help you with all of your real estate needs. I was awarded as one of the one of the Top Sales Agent in Cape Coral/Ft Myers and SW Florida within my company for the past 6 years. I have developed a full service business to help you with any of your real estate needs from selling your home, to buying a home, renting, house sitting or property management. Maria was one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. We purchased our home in Florida sight unseen while still living in New York. Florida real estate transactions are very different than the New York state transactions we are accustomed to. Maria helped us every step of the way and persisted through some hiccups we had (none of which were Maria's fault). She was always available for last night and early morning phone calls, emails, and texts. I highly recommend Maria for all real estate transactions.
