We had a very positive experience working with Cynthia when finding and eventually buying a home in Brevard County. We were referred by a family member before moving to Florida and Cynthia started to work with us even before coming. She was a great liaison between us and the lender and helped on multiple occasions to keep the process moving forward. Cynthia's attentiveness was appreciated when taking us to various walk-throughs and then when negotiating on our eventual home with the seller's realtor. She also attended the signing which was very appreciated since we came from out of state and needed someone to interpret the different nuances of living in Florida. If and when we're looking to upgrade our current home, we will definitely be calling Cynthia again, and would without hesitation recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers looking to work with a great realtor.

We have used Cynthia three times now for the buying and selling of homes in the Pace Coast area. We have also moved all over the country and worked with many realtors over the years, and Cynthia is our favorite. She is extremely responsive, knows the market, the area, gets you the answers you need before you even ask for them. She knows how to work with other realtors and is always spot on when it comes to pulling comps for properties. She's the realtor that will text with you at 9 or 10 at night when you have a question, and she will never make you feel dumb for asking something. We will only ever use Cynthia for all of our real estate purchases in the space coast area.
