We initially met Cyndy a few years ago because she helped us and our neighbors with an issue in our neighborhood, even though she wasn't our agent at the time! After she quickly addressed and solved the issue, we knew when the time came for us to list our home for sale, Cyndy was THE agent to call! Cyndy and her great team members, including Jessica Long, immediately went into action to assist us with finding general contractors to improve our home even more before the listing, coordinated a beautiful staging design, professional photos, quality promotional materials and a smart listing plan. Review Cyndy and her team were amazing in the sale of our Mt Washington home - truly above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, due to a beloved family member entering hospice during the time of our home sale, we moved up to Northern California to be with her during the last months of her life. Cyndy was back in LA, effectively holding down the fort for us while we were gone. She took care of so much that we weren't able to - including finding contractors to deal with some last minute issues, getting documents to us for our signing, even moving around furniture/staging and cleaning (!) so we didn't have to trouble with it. On top of all this, she is a such a sweet, kind lady, and she was able to get us the best price possible in our home, which ended up being well over our asking price. Super professional and never too busy to answer our never-ending requests (or if she was too busy, she didn't act like it!). It was truly a pleasure working with Cyndy. Highly recommended!

Review Can't understand her when she speaks English! Doesn't make time and lags on returning phone calls. I wanted to see certain homes in the Mount Washington area and thought this agent world be great since friends had recommended her to me. Unfortunately she is very unresponsive and difficult to deal with. I know she knows the area well from what I'm told, but there are plenty of other good agents that know the area too.
