This was the second transaction we had with Cyndi and although we did not get the price we were hoping for due to the economy and area fires, in the end, Cyndi managed to get an all cash sale with a quick closing, which was very welcome in today's market. Cyndi was absolutely great and so instrumental in purchasing our first home. We had spoken to a few realtors, but there was no doubt we wanted to work with Cyndi after speaking with her.
