Start building your local team—your lender and your REALTOR®—as early as possible. You don't need to be ready to view homes right away; the real value of reaching out early is getting a clear handle on mortgage programs, budget parameters, and true market conditions. When you have trusted experts guiding you from step one, the transition from planning to buying feels confident rather than overwhelming.

The hardest truth for sellers is that the agent who tells you what you need to hear, rather than just what you want to hear, is the one truly looking out for your best interests. Whether it’s realistic pricing strategy, essential repairs, or necessary staging, an honest advisor will give you candid market facts so you can get top dollar. Be cautious of agents who simply agree with every request just to secure your listing; real value comes from an expert who isn't afraid to guide you through tough decisions.

Over my years in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients at every stage of life. From guiding first-time home buyers through their very first purchase to helping clients find their 'forever' dream home, I tailor my approach to meet each unique situation. My experience includes assisting growing families moving up, downsizing buyers, newlyweds, single buyers/sellers, couples, and clients navigating sensitive transitions like divorce or handling the estate of a loved one. No matter the situation, I provide empathetic, data-driven, and personal guidance.

A recent transaction that means a lot to me was helping a client relocate to Central Texas to be closer to their grandchildren. We had stayed in touch for several years after first meeting, so when they were finally ready to make the move, we already had a strong foundation of trust. Finding the right home for this next chapter in their lives was incredibly rewarding, and receiving a thoughtful closing gift from them was a special gesture I truly appreciated

My real estate career began with my own family’s move to the Austin area when my husband’s work relocated us here. Coming from a background in the service industry, I’ve always been passionate about helping people, but experiencing the relocation process firsthand sparked a genuine curiosity about real estate. Navigating that transition in a new city served as the launching pad for my career, giving me a personal understanding of what buyers and sellers experience, especially when moving to a new community.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas, I have earned several of the real estate industry’s top professional designations and actively give back through leadership: Industry Leadership: Dedicated service at the local, state, and national levels within REALTOR® trade organizations, advocating for private property rights and industry excellence. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS): Held by only a small percentage of REALTORS® nationwide, representing advanced training in top-tier residential sales, negotiation, and strategy. Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI): In-depth mastery of real estate law, technology, risk management, and local market analytics. Military Relocation Professional (MRP): Specialized knowledge in guiding military families, veterans, and active-duty personnel through seamless transitions. Beyond industry credentials, my active role on the Leander ISD District-Wide Educational Improvement Council (DWEIC) gives me unique, first-hand insight into local school district developments.
