He gave me knowledge on buying a homes vs buying a land. He had a lot of knowledge on the entirety of the process for buying a home. As well as buying that are going to be constructed and a estimated timeline.

We had our eyes on our forever home for months as it just sat on the market. We didn't personally know any realtors, but we knew one lived in our subdivision. Knowing that, I contacted Curtis, and we immediately became friends. He was professional, yet so personal. It was like talking to someone I had known for years. We told him our hopes, and while it seemed so out of range, Curtis made it happen. Within a few weeks he had already sold our current home and we closed on the house of our dreams. I still keep in contact with Curtis 8 months later on ridiculous questions I have, and he always responds and is just as helpful as if we were still his clients. There is not another realtor remotely close to Curtis. I've referred friends to him that have had the exact same experience with him as we have. He truly is an outstanding realtor and he has definitely found his calling. We are so blessed to have found him.

My Wife and I was first time home buyers. We had no idea where to start or what to do. Curtis was with us from day one and dealt with our indecisiveness without uttering one complaint. He guided us through the process, and made it super easy. It felt like we didnt have to do anything but sign some papers in the end!

Curtis was AMAZING! As first time home buyers we were terrified, but Curtis gave us so much comfort in buying. He helped us decide on what our wants were compared to what our needs were and then gave us multiple options. Curtis Rose will forever be our realtor.

When we decided we were going to look at homes in the area, Curtis was able to secure several viewings for us almost immediately. Once we found a home we loved, he even coordinated and met us to view the house (45 minutes away) a second time on extremely short notice. He was helpful in the offer process and made it so easy for us. He was able to guide us through the home buying process and direct us to our loan officer and home inspector. The entire process was made easy for us and we were completely satisfied with how things turned out. Now we are living in our dream home and couldnt be more thankful to Curtis!

My husband and I worked with Curtis to find a home we both loved that would allow us to relocate for my husbands job. After viewing a few homes, we finally came across the perfect home for us that had been posted a few hours prior. Curtis worked long and hard negotiating with the seller on our behalf and on the first day the house was put on the market, it was ours! His professionalism and attention to detail really made our relocation process so much easier! We cant thank him enough for going above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for us and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends in the area.

We will be forever grateful that Curtis Rose was recommended to us as an agent. We came into town with limited time and local knowledge, and Curtis went above and beyond both to make us welcome and to help us find a home we loved. He was a tireless and successful advocate for us during the negotiation and closing process, always knowledgeable, available, and willing to go the extra mile on our behalf. Hes definitely the reason we got the house and were able to move in when we needed to, and on multiple occasions he stepped in to help us when we couldnt be in two states at once. When we have need of an agent in the future, Curtis is the only one well call, and in the meantime well recommend him to everyone we know.
