Curtis Ropp

I'm Curtis Ropp, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Heritage. I help buyers and sellers throughout the Dayton area, with a focus on the Centerville and Washington Township area and surrounding South Dayton communities. I grew up in the Northern Miami Valley, graduated from Wright State University, and have called the Dayton area home for more than 20 years.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years in sales, marketing, and customer service. I bring that background to each transaction by listening closely, communicating clearly, and helping clients understand their options. In 2023, I received the Ohio REALTORSA(R) President's Sales Club Award of Achievement.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two children, running, and following sports. If you're thinking about buying or selling, I'd be happy to talk through your plans.
