ZillowVERIFIED Mike McGinley went the distance for us! We bought from out of state, depending on Mike's knowledge of the climate, construction and buying process. We could not be more pleased with Mike McGinley being our real estate professional!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Wagner does a great job of recognizing what her clients are looking for and putting in the research necessary to finding the best available options. In my particular case, she was able to rapidly hone in on the location, price and size of home that I was seeking.

ZillowVERIFIED It is rare in this world we live in to find a realtor who really cares about his clients. Jerrod Shaffer at Curtis Realty Group is that person. ZillowVERIFIED Gretchen is an awesome person to work with! She is a hard worker & will make what you want happen! We loved working with her!Realty Group though...Warren & I have purchased several homes and vehicles (even while he was overseas) however, we have never encountered such a cluster of mistakes over & over again that were out of our personal realtors hands. From not following our preferred method of communication, not communicating when paperwork was sent to us that needed to be signed & sent back ASAP, to misspelling my name multiple times throughout the process which required multiple documents redone, and on two separate occasions we were not called back when promised with requested information during this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional,. gave guidance to price range we needed to be in, but let us set the price where we wanted to start. He let us know that his support staff would be very active in keeping us informed of showings and feedback and they did. When we had offers he advised on whether he felt it was good and what we might counter offer. He negotiated between buyers to get us the best contract. The support staff was in contact with us right up to closing to let us know what was happening. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Super awesome! Was quick to listen and was invested in finding us a house we wanted, not one that would give her the best pay check. Would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED They took high quality pictures to help buyers see the beauty and value of the property. In today's market I believe this is very important as many buyers start with online research. In addition, many buyers in this neighborhood are not local so they have to travel to view in person and will be more selectie about what they ask to see while on their trip. In addition, of course our agent was helpful, engaging and easy to work with.
