Curtis Lee and Eileen Murphy are the co-founders and Managing Partners of The Murphy-Lee Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Zack Shore, REALTORSA(R), a top-performing real estate team serving Ocean County and the Jersey Shore.

With decades of combined real estate experience, Curtis and Eileen have built The Murphy-Lee Group around a simple philosophy: clients deserve experienced representation, straightforward advice, and professionals who put their goals ahead of simply getting to the closing table.

Curtis has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005 and earned his New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License in 2009. His extensive background in construction-including experience as a surveyor and more than 15 years as a construction company owner-provides clients with an additional perspective when evaluating homes, property conditions, renovations, and investment opportunities. A former Director of the Ocean County Board of REALTORSA(R), Curtis also oversees transaction compliance and quality control for The Murphy-Lee Group.

Eileen brings nearly two decades of Jersey Shore real estate experience and is known for her personal approach, extensive local market knowledge, and dedication to the clients and families she represents. Her business has been built on relationships, referrals, and helping clients through every stage of homeownership-from first purchases and growing families to relocation, downsizing, retirement, and second-home ownership.

Together, Curtis and Eileen have grown The Murphy-Lee Group into a multi-agent team serving buyers and sellers throughout the Jersey Shore.
