Over the course of his real estate career, Curtis has pursued advanced training in pricing strategy, negotiation, buyer and seller representation, and complex transaction planning, earning designations including PSA, RENE, SRS, and ABR. His focus has never been collecting credentials for the sake of it, but being better prepared when clients face important decisions.

Before real estate, Curtis spent years in radio, where he learned how to communicate clearly, ask better questions, and keep people calm in fast-moving situations. Those same skills now shape the way he advises clients through negotiations, uncertainty, and major transitions.

Based in Rockford, Michigan, Curtis works throughout Grand Rapids and the surrounding West Michigan communities and welcomes referrals from agents across the country
