Curtis was the absolute man. I was not in the market to sell very long, the idea presented itself with a new work opportunity and kmew I had to act fast. Curtis come in and went over how the home was going to be marketed and where and how he would list it and expected offers. Well we had 10 offers after a weekend of showings and closed way over asking price. Originally was hesitant of this move but now it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you again! Curtis was fantastic in helping me prep and sell my mother's house. I do not live in NJ so having a real estate agent that I could trust to help me efficiently navigate all the things I needed, get the house ready, and sell my mother's house for a great price was extremely important.
