In November I started working with Curtis and the nj real estate experts to sell my home in south amboy. My wife and I were moving to north jersey to be closer with family. Curtis was professional and knew the market in our area very well. He showed us a number of comps and was certain we would out do those numbers which we did. In April of this past year I worked with Mr. Curtis Counts which he helped me sell our home. We were looking to downsize now that our children have moved out. I worked with Curtis back in 2025 on the sale of a property that my brother and I held on to for years after it was inherited. We decided after many years it was becoming more trouble than it was worth for us with our busy lives to upkeep it so we decided to sell. My cousin had worked with Curtis a few year back so referred me to him. He was a joy to work with and made the whole process super simple. We had a handful of offers within 1 day of listing to the mls. We eventually accepted and offer that we couldnt say no to. Curtis was the absolute man. I was not in the market to sell very long, the idea presented itself with a new work opportunity and kmew I had to act fast. Curtis come in and went over how the home was going to be marketed and where and how he would list it and expected offers. Well we had 10 offers after a weekend of showings and closed way over asking price. Originally was hesitant of this move but now it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you again!
