I have had the privilege to work with Curt several times. Not only did he help my parents and sibling with buying houses, but he helped me with the purchase of my very first home. Then 5 years later he helped me sell that home and buy a bigger home for my growing family. We had both closings in the same day and he was so helpful. He even stayed back at the first closing to wait for the release of the check while we went to our second closing. He was with us every step of the way. He was available at the last minute to look at homes, no matter the time of day, or location. He responds very quickly to emails and phone calls and gave great advice (we even got a couple thousand more than we asked on our house). We wouldnt have been so successful with our house hunting if it wasnt for his expertise, guidance, and flexibility.

I found my home as well a completing the Purchase of my Home here in Inver Grove Heights all with the help of Curt. It was a pleasure being able to complete everything under one roof as it were with a one stop shop. Regarding the search for my home, words can not describe my appreciation for Curt and his assistance finding my home. He was masterful and diligent in his search efforts (Better than I in finding homes to view...and I have been in the Mortgage business MYSELF for over 25 years!) and he was ALWAYS able to schedule house viewings no matter how short the short notice, or complications with my schedules, his schedule as well as the home owners. To say Curt went above and beyond would be an understatement. He did so much more than treat me like a valued customer, he treated me like Family. Curt is by far and away one of a kind and the BEST you will Find!

Basically we were first time home buyers, so zero experience under the belt for what to look for. We didn?t even know if a townhouse would be better for us VS single family home. And there were Curt stepped-in and walked us thru each process and document. Never rushed us into anything and guided us all along. All I can say It was an absolute pleasure working with Curt.
