ZillowVERIFIEDCrystal went above and beyond to sell our home. She did what 3 other Agents couldnt. She staged our home with care, held open houses that were warm to everyone interested, and was incredibly communicative with all details involved without having to ask. Crystal was able to provide amazing recommendations for professional repairmen and women to spruce up the property. I am just sad that we didnt hire her sooner. She will be getting all of my listings moving forward. We have her working on another home in Henderson already. Dont waste your time with other agents. Crystal Schriefer proved herself at every turn and we could not be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was recommended to me by another real estate agent to assist with my PCS, and she exceeded my expectations. Finding a home that met my needsaEUR"close to base, in a good location, at a reasonable price, and efficientlyaEUR"added extra complexity, but Crystal immediately had a knack for what I was looking for. Within a day, we had a list of properties, and she met us on a Sunday to view them. What normally takes 3aEUR"5 days between paperwork and timelines, Crystal made happen in less than 24 hoursaEUR"and on a Saturday. Beyond housing, when I asked for restaurant recommendations and destinations to visit, she didnt just give a few; she provided thoughtful options with descriptions, showing her depth of experience and knowledge of the local area. There are very few people Ive met who are willing to put in the time, effort, and genuine care that Crystal didaEUR"especially on a timeline that should have been impossible, yet she made it happen. I will absolutely be recommending Crystal to all of my peers moving to Las Vegas.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was my second agent when I let my first agent go because he didn't do as promised. She showed me all the differences in what a true agent is supposed to do and don't do for their client. I was so happy my boyfriend found her when I was struggling with my previous agent to get my house sold. With her, my house didn't sit on the market for 6 months, she didn't lower the price without verbal or written consent, and she was great at marketing the house. She's helped my boyfriend and I several times now with different properties, and she is amazing at what she does. I don't often leave reviews because I find them tedious, but Crystal deserves this review and the many she should get for her hard work and the unique talent she brings to the table.

ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyer, started looking for an agent on December 8th, met Crystal on December 9th, got keys to a house on December 26th. She took care of all the boring stuff and answered all my questions, not just about the buying process but about homeowning in general. She went above and beyond by helping me get documents regarding a questionable addition to the house 20 years ago, mentioning things about moving that I wouldn't have even considered, and discussing all my crazy remodel ideas.
