ZillowVERIFIED If you need a realtor or insurance agent I cant recommend Crystal Kavanaugh enough. Oh my god. Without her diligence and determination I truly believe we would not have gotten our dream house. This wasnt an easy quick sign over - there was a $63k lean on the house for a solar panel contract with $358 a month in payments - information they did not disclose until after we had already signed the offer sheet. And to add onto it, the original company went bankrupt and was purchased recently so the files still hadnt fully processed. Getting any level of information from them was an absolute nightmare, both Crystal and I dealing with hours of being on hold only to be directed somewhere else that wouldnt answer. Dealing with the solar company and getting the information was the responsibility of the sellers realtor but he was a sleaze and could barely even do the minimum of what was necessary. Crystal picked up all the balls he dropped and got us to a middle ground with the seller paying them off - something I didnt think possible to be honest. My boyfriend and I even had an acceptance talk that we wouldnt be getting the house and I had a little cry. But she made it happen. And the speed to make sure everything went through. Jeez. I let her know about the house on the Sunday night and she was able to get them to squeeze us into an appointment the following day after contacting numerous times. Monday morning we were pre approved, 3 pm we did a walkthrough, 5 pm final bids were due and by 8 oclock they accepted our offer and we were signing paperwork. This house went up December 11 and we snagged it by the 15th. She is also an absolutely lovely person and cant boast about her enough because I truly think wed wouldnt have gotten the house of our dreams without her.
