ZillowVERIFIEDWe were purchasing a home in Melbourne Florida while we were in Michigan. Crystal was referred to us by friends of ours that had done the same thing ( Purchased in Florida while in Michigan) Crystal had contacts in all of the specialties we needed to complete our sale from inspection, financing, title work, and insurance! She was able to negotiate on our behalf with the owner through their realtor. A big part of the deal had to be the roof. This insurance company would not cover anything to do with the roof because of its age. The roof never had any leaks but the insurance company wanted a new roof installed. Crystal contacted the buyers angent and negotiated a new inspected roof at no cost to us! Cyrstal communication skills are excellent! We never had to ask a question, she would contact us with information before we asked the question! Everything went smoothly and were very pleased with our, new to us, Florida home!
