ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was the perfect real estate agent when I was dealing with the tragic death of my brother. He was a hoarder and the house was a mess, to say the least. She walked me through all that was necessary. Endlessly patient, friendly, and I would even say quite caring. I had many questions, being new to selling a house outside my area. Once Crystal put the house on the market, it sold, all cash offer, within 4 days. I can't recommend Crystal high enough. She will make the process as less stressful as possible, and be available and kind throughout the various stages of selling a home. Thank you Crystal!

ZillowVERIFIED We began working with Crystal in September 2025 as first-time homebuyers, and our experience with her as a realtor exceeded every expectation. She was always prompt and timely in her communication, making us feel like we were her only clients. She maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and was incredibly down-to-earth. During our very first home tour, I was unable to attend. Crystal handled everything as if my family were her ownaEUR"she went out with my husband and our three small children, and thats when I knew we were in great hands. At one point we had a scare where we were told that we were not able to obtain our choice home. Without hesitation, Crystal stepped in with a wealth of knowledge and skills, and fought for us every step of the way as if it were her own purchase. Despite any challenges, we were able to complete the entire process with Crystal in only 60 days and close on the home we truly wanted. Even after closing, Crystal continues to support usaEUR"sharing her network of professionals and answering any questions that come up. I truly cant say enough good about her and the Crystal Grace Team. Buying a house is stressful, but buying a house with Crystal brings genuine peace of mind, knowing youre working with a dedicated professional. I look forward to working with her again someday. 10/10aEUR"highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I was reached out to for a rental and was told it was being shown by Crystal. She was not there and instead had the previous tenant show me the location. I tried to call her and she did not sound like she cared at all.

Crystal is a wonderful person and her care and attention to all of my questions and concerns was addressed right away and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Crystal is a superlative Real Estate Agent. She sold my home and worked with the agent in another state where I bought my new home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking the very best care on their journey to selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin? Perfect does not even begin to describe the service I received! Crystal was right by my side every single step of the way! Being a single parent household a task such as selling a house and moving seemed overwhelming at times. With Crystal I was never alone. She and her team were right there with me every single day, no matter what, during the highs and the lows. No concern was ever to big or too small, explained until I was comfortable. With her help I had a smooth transaction, receiving more than the list price for my home. Never did I expect to make a connection for life when deciding to sell my home. I have and will continue to recommend The Crystal Grace Hoggard Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Needed to sell my home and I went right back to Crystal and Grace. They previously had been my agents on my home purchase. This time around I was a little uncertain how the process would go. With all the talk about housing prices and higher rates. From day one they made me feel comfortable with the whole process. They really explained the market to me and what was happening in my area. The time, energy, and effort they put into getting my house sold was remarkable. In the end my home sold and I was very happy. Anytime I?m buying or selling, I?m going right back to Crystal and Grace. There a great team!

ZillowVERIFIED This review is long overdue but I worked with Crystal, Grace, and their team right before the pandemic. They were immensely instrumental in helping me buy my first home in Los Angeles. They made what usually is an overwhelming experience into a great one. She patiently answered my dozens of questions with valuable explanations and additional context. Thank you so much for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED "And they all lived happily ever after" is how our home buying story goes with the Crystal Grace Realty Team. This wonder woman duo helped make my entire families dream home come to fruition and we are eternally grateful for the conscientious and diligent nature of both Grace and Crystal. Not only did they make a consistent effort to make this normally daunting process, easy and painless, but they also make it a point to be transparent about the ins-and-outs of the home buying process. We will always remember what a wonderful experience buying a home was with this team and we cannot thank them enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal and Grace were a blessing in this very hot market. Although our first buyers fell through, crystal was quickly able to get us a new buyer with much more favorable terms! Grace found us a gem of a home that met all of our needs and for less than asking price!! The two of them have a dynamic that makes them a valuable asset when looking for a real estate professional. They will also look out for your best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED Such an amazing team! We had heard many things about the home buying process, and being that we are 1st time buyers, we were definitely insecure and uneasy about taking this step. But wow, I would have never imagined it being so easy!! Thanks to Crystal and her team. They reassured us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, gave us daily updates, and were accessible right away any time we needed to reach them! So incredible. We are considering them family moving forward and we couldnt be happier with our experience.

ZillowVERIFIED My FiancA(C) and I are 1st time home buyers and had very minimal to no knowledge on the home buying process. Crystal and her team reached out to us and literally held our hands through the entire process answering all questions and explaining every detail. The process felt like family was trying to help us in any way they could. We now have our dream home! Best decision we have ever made. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home owner! I am also not one for words. Crystal is AMAZING at her profession! She never missed a phone call or a showing with me. We needed a single story home for my husbands illness and also take care of my mother and her husband that has Dementia. Crystal worked hard to find what we needed. Not only single story, but enough room for all of us. She knew what I was looking for, and kept sending me listings with potential homes. Grace was also involved with showing and answers when needed! Thank you to Crystal Grace Real Estate Team for you knowledge, professionalism, and kindness you have shown us! The Mintles

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin... we found Crystal by chance, she came highly recommended by one of her previous clients online. We were ready to start loooking and decided to reach out to her. Within that hour she replied and that's all it took. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, walked us through the whole process as we had no idea about the home buying process. She's highly profesional but at the same time can make you feel so comfortable, and with our 1001 questions there's no need to say how patient she is. Definitely our realtor for life.. Thank you Crystal !

ZillowVERIFIED First off, all I can say is WOW! I actually sold 2 houses with Crystal and if you are looking for a good agent, look no farther. Crystal is an up and coming fantastic agent. She was able to sell the first house in less then 2 weeks. She sold the second house in about 3 days. Neither house needed a sign in the yard because she does her job and she does it well. I am just a regular home owner, not an investor and because of Crystals hard work, I was able to move out of state a lot sooner then expected. Dont let her age fool you. I have dealt with agents that have been in the business a long time and they feel their way is the only way. Crystal will listen you as well as give the best advise so you can sell your house YOUR way. I cant write enough good things about her because it would take an entire book. She is the best agent I have ever dealt with!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was amazing during our home buying process. We originally began looking for a home in the Pasadena area. We submitted numerous offers only to be outbid about 8 times. Crystal not only helped us remain positive and continue looking, reassuring us that we would find the perfect home at the perfect time. She answered our questions early morning and/or late evenings and submitted the countless offers and counter offers without skipping a beat. I also appreciated that she answered her phone or replied to text within minutes every time we called or text. Even after we closed. We eventually found the right home a little further East than we hoped initially, but it is the right fit for our family and for 40k below listing price. If you are looking for a knowledgable, reliable agent that will help you stay on course and has excellent communication and negotiating skills - Crystal is should be your first call!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is exceptional at what she does. She is a hard honest working individual. Crystal is determined to get her clients the very best deal possible. Her clients have returned to her and have brought her new clients. I believe the best compliment one can receive is a new referral from previous clients who have been totally satisfied. I highly recommend her to be your realtor and or loan officer.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Crystal first time at an open house in 2010 on Amethyst St property. My wife was struck by her cool demeanor and we started working with her right away. When we set our mind on a sought after short sale property in very desirable neighborhood,Crystal worked with great diligence with the listing agent as well as with the bank providing regular updates clinching the deal (October 2011). We found her as very reliable, knowledable & a very professional realtor with great people skills to get the work done.Overall,it was a smooth and satisfying home buying experience. She places clients interest & successfully negotiated needful repairs following home inspection. Crystal also arranged our first home loan & the relationship continues as she also helped us to refinance recently. We strongly recommend Crystal & would love to use her services again.
