That's a hard question because I am fond of all of my transactions. I recently had one where my client (buyer) had been renting for over 17 years. She was a first time home buyer and did not think she would be able to own a home. We looked at several properties and she finally decided on a new build. It took almost a year for the build time but she's finally in her first home as a homeowner. She worked with a few Realtors in the years before she met me but had given up since it didn't happen. Now, she is happily enjoying her beautiful home. I check in with her often and she tells me about the wonderful experiences she is having. She recently had her first Thanksgiving and Christmas in her home with relatives coming to visit. I am so proud of her for not giving up and for not letting her past dictate her future. What a blessing.
I started in real estate when we sold our home and moved to a new state. During the home selling process, I rarely saw or talked to the Realtor after our home was listed. She did not come to the closing to help me navigate the process. I vowed to get my license and to help clients each step of the way and to attend their closings with them.
I have my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Certification. I also have college degrees in Education.
