Crystal helped my wife and I find our dream home and we couldn't be happier. She is an excellent realtor and advocate for her clients. We admittedly had high expectations (coming from a family of real estate professionals) and Crystal exceeded them all!!! The process of buying a home is difficult but my wife and I genuinely had so much fun touring houses with Crystal. She has a keen eye for things to look out for and would catch things that I didn't even see! Her no pressure approach was appreciated. We couldn't ask for a better house or a better realtor. GO TEAM CRYSTAL!!!!

Crystal is amazing! She went above and beyond while helping us find a property. We gave her an idea of what we were looking for and she provided us with plenty of options. Once we found a lot that we liked she immediately contacted the sellers and helped us negotiate a deal. Crystal also went out of her way to research builders in the area and compile a list for us. If you are looking for someone that is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and motivated we can't recommend Crystal Gardner enough, she is the best!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous and unsure about the whole process, but working with Crystal was the best decision I made. From our first meeting, Crystal was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with each decision. Crystal was always available, whether it was to tour homes, discuss options, or just provide reassurance when I needed it. She truly understood what I was looking for in a home and never pushed me to settle for something less. Her dedication and hard work paid off when I found the perfect home, and she negotiated a great deal for me. I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Gardner group realty to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers. Thank you, GGR, for making my dream of homeownership a reality!

Very well organized/thorough in presentation. Provided required documents to sell home and what to expect. She laid out a great selling plan. She asked questions if I understood the paperwork. She shared the area market statistics. She suggested a fair starting point for listing. She followed up often by email or phone. A very pleasant personality, respectful. Her straight forward approach was great to sell home. I would use her again and highly recommend her services to other sellers/buyers. She has a solid background and credentials in real estate. She points out things that could need attention. If I could give her an 11 rating I would. Was very enjoyable/happy to work with Crystal in selling my home fast.

Crystal showed us several properties in our search for a new home. Crystal was prompt at each appointment also. The She checked all paperwork involved in the buying processes, finding that the closing date had changed when the contract was renegotiated. Her persistence during the renegotiation resulted in a lower buying price for me.

Crystal was amazing from day one and went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about pricing, the area, inspections, and closing. If she didnt know the answer (which was rare) she got back to me quickly with it. I never had to reach out to her because she was calling me with updates the second she got them. I went through the process out of state and she made sure she was present for every inspection and even crawled through a crawl space to take pictures for me. Crystal made this process seamless and enjoyable.
