Crystal was very easy to work with. She got to know our needs in a residence. When we visited a home she asked questions that helped us to see how the home and the area fit into our plans. We are new to this area and she pointed shopping , medical, and other need to know items appproiate to the area.

You need a realtor who can be a filter, give accurate information and who will take to task other realtor's half-baked or incomplete offers and help deal with obstacles and problems as they arise. Crystal is that realtor, she communicates with class to get the job done right. She represented our interests by learning our goals and providing advice to bring our needs to reality. When inclement weather slowed physical showings she ramped up marketing efforts to re-engage other realtor's property radar. When hiccups came she jumped right in to find the path forward. An advocate for your property needs and wants, but also an advocate for your minds wellbeing by reducing the stress related to these types of transactions. The realtor you never knew you always wanted, but more importantly needed.

We first met Crystal when we were trying to sell a property out of Spokane. The property had issues but she was always available for us. Kept in touch and shared all the information with us. We chose her again for a second time on a small investment property. Crystal again went all out to find us what we needed. Negotiations were tough but she persevered and got us the "win"! She's an outstanding realtor! We will be choosing her again for a third purchase.

Crystal is AMAZING I just have to say we closed on our house very quickly and she helped us threw every step she has a great personality and I felt more like she could be a friend. If your looking for a great realtor she is the one. Thank you Crystal we Love our new home ?
