ZillowVERIFIEDTricia Browne did an exemplary job handling the sale of my mother's home. She was professional, knowledegable, considerate, and made the entire process easy for our family. Her insight and expertise were unparalleled! Tricia was always available, even over the holiday weekend and went out of her way to accommodate us. She sold the home in one weekend, and it closed in thirty days. Whether you are looking to buy a home, or sell a home, I would highly recommend Tricia Browne and the Crystal Clune team. You will not be disappointed. Tricia is also just a lovely person. We are so thankful that she was our realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal Clune and Tricia Brown is a team that are at the TOP OF THEIR GAME, TRUE PROFESSIONALS. They are the most knowledgeable in this business, Crystal found an issue with my situation that would have taken weeks to figure out, she did it just a few days, which kept my settlement date on time. Tricia Brown guided us thru the process of how to stage my home, which helped my home sell in just a weekend!! she took care of all inspectors and inspection appointments to the letter, and also took care of all the little details and made recommendations that took all of the stress out of the entire process for my wife and I. Most of all, she made herself available to my wife and I well within a reasonable time frame during this process, communication with us was always was on point, she always had all the answers to questions, and there were many!! They guided us thru this process with such good positive attitudes and ALWAYS a smile on their faces, and they were so reassuring, when things looked like they were not going so well, I can still hear their voices saying "TRUST ME, WE GOT THIS, IF WE ARE NOT WORRIED, YOU SHOULD NOT WORRY" in such a calming voice and they were right EVERY TIME!! I cannot say enough good things about Crystal and Tricia, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. Just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal listed my home for sale for a price that I thought was unattainable. To my surprise Crystal called me the very next morning to advise that there was an offer on my house. The house sold for more than the asking price. I wouldnt choose any other realtor than Crystal and her team. Ive utilized Crystals real estate expertise for over 20 years to help me build my real estate portfolio. Crystal will always put her customers needs first and her team including Tricia Brown are amazing and proficient. Do you and your family a favor and list with a winner call the Crystal Clune Team!!

ZillowVERIFIED It might seem insincere to give her all five stars but I can't say enough how much Crystal helped us find and get our dream home. She is so friendly, timely, and did not once make us feel dumb for asking questions we thought were common knowledge. I can't recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Crystal twice. First for the sale of our home in 2016 and now (2019) she is selling our Cape May house and has found us our new home back in Sicklerville. She is also helping our daughter purchase her home.Crystal and her team are very professional. They always have their clients' needs/interests at heart. Crystal's knowledge of the industry is immense....but if she doesn't have an answer to your question she makes sure she finds it!I would HIGHLY recommend Crystal and team. You won't find an agent that is as professional, knowledgeable, creative and caring!

She goes above and beyond with all aspects of the transaction including making sure you got the best deal possible in todays market. From mortgages, inspections, and the constant follow through, she is there every step of the way. Crystal and Tricia make you feel as though you are their only client, and that takes great skill and organization. I highly recommend them for listing your property or purchasing your new home.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought a house through realator Clifton James a realtor associate within Crystal Clunes firm, there is so much I could say about Clif from the second we met he was able to make myself and my husband feel at ease with the home buying process. He went above and beyond constantly with looking for homes our schedules the open communication and the fact that we had two small children who came with us to every showing and every step of the way. He was accommodating and even my kids loved him! That was only the beginning once we found a house we lived he worked with us to make sure we were understanding every aspect of the mortgage process and even went so far to make sure our certificate of occupancy pass with flying colors! He never missed my calls and always had a great professional demeanor whenever I had any questions. This home buying process couldnt have been easier, and the most pleasant experience. SeriouslyIf you want to buy a house call Clifton James!

ZillowVERIFIED After a horrible experience with a different agent someone referred us to Crystal. Hiring Crystal was the best choice we could have made. From the start she was hands on. After developing a game plan, Crystal and Tricia came to our home and helped to stage the house. Then they paid to have new pictures done. With our previous agent in 6 months we had ZERO offers. Our first showing once hiring Crystal got us an offer. By the end of the week I believe we had 4 offfers! Her ability to stage, write a great description, communication with other agents, and to price us right got us more than our asking price!!!If you have sold a house you know there are still many obstacles to get past. We left it in Crystal's hands and everything worked out perfectly. Our closing was quick and easy.Because of Crystal we had a great experience, sold the house in less than two weeks, and received more than our asking price. Crystal is the best agent I can recommend!
