Before becoming a licensed realtor, I spent 11 years as a mortgage lender-an experience that uniquely positions me to help buyers navigate financing with clarity and confidence. I don't just help clients find the right home; I help them find the right path to home ownership.

My clients know me as the agent who will step away from dinner to take their call, stay up late to answer a questions, or show a dozen homes in a day if that's what it takes. I'm also the agent who will happily open the door to your home-even if it's for someone else's client. Going above and beyond is simply my standard.

I also bring a creative eye to real estate-offering complimentary staging consultations, and staging services to vacant homes- helping them show beautifully and sell faster.

Outside of real estate, I find joy in serving the community I love. Whether it's volunteering at the homeless shelter in Charleston, supporting my children's school in Summerville, I'm always on the go. I enjoy working with our school districts Business Partners in Education and the PTA. Giving back is at the heart of what I do.

When I'm not working or volunteering, you'll find my children, our rescue pup, and out exploring the best of Charleston life. We love good food, fishing, and I personally love plants and all things garden.

Crystal has sold 2 homes for us and helped us with a new home build all in the last year. She is amazing at what she does! She is always going above and beyond and is just a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she helped us every step of the way with preparing our homes to be sold. One of our homes needed quite a bit of work after having tenants for a few years and she took care of setting up all of the repairs for us. For our new build she spent hours upon hours making sure that every issue was addressed with the builder and sales team and was an advocate for us when things needed to be addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience selling our first home with Ms Brodie, from the onset she know the value of our home and was very descriptive about it when she listed it, along with great photography and video she highlighted all of the great amenities our home had to offer.
