Buyers and sellers

One of my favorite moments from a recent transaction happened just a few days before closing. The buyer asked if we could stop by the home so he could show it to his son before they officially moved in. It was a simple request, but it turned into a truly meaningful experience. As I opened the front door and watched them walk through the house together, you could see the excitement and anticipation on both of their faces. They weren't just looking at rooms and walls—they were imagining family dinners, celebrating milestones, and building a new life in that space. Seeing a father share that special moment with his son was a powerful reminder of why I love real estate. Helping someone purchase a home is important, but witnessing the beginning of new memories and new chapters is what makes this profession so rewarding. It was a priceless moment that I won't soon forget.

I actually had my license in Massachusetts over 20 years ago. Had a few transactions but ultimately due to my current life situation I let it lapse. It was only a year ago, after moving to South Carolina, that I decided it was time to revisit Real Estate. My move reminded me how stressful selling and buying can be and how important it is to have a strong Realtor guiding you through the process.
