Cristina is a master of her craft. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, honest, forthright, communicative, and negotiated one heck of a deal for us! The sellers did not abide by the agreed move out date/time and to our surprise were still moving out when we arrived to move in. Cristina could not have handled the situation any better. She sprung into action and devised a solution where we could move in while they moved out. Even when the sellers exhibited atrocious behavior, hostility and verbal insults, Cristina kept her cool and did acted above board. She is unbelievably good at her job and we would recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell. She's a gem, an angel, and I am incredibly grateful for her and admire her strength of character!

I've seen hundreds of properties, and worked with dozens of agents. I've never seen such concerning behavior from a realtor, as with Cristina. At a bare minimum, she was not able to fulfill the obligations that a Realtor A(R) is supposed to. In the open house she was very friendly. So much so that I opted to let her represent me. Big mistake. Cristina was clearly NOT ABLE to handle duel representation. She was not only rude to me personally, but her actions show that she had seller's interest at heart over mine. I wouldn't recommend Cristina as a realtor. She is can't compartmentalize, and is too emotional.

Cristina was willing to take on a tricky sale when other agents wouldn't take it on. I was very appreciative of her willingness to work with us. It was a short sale as the home needed some serious updating such as HVAC and plumbing. It had been my parent's home and was full to the brim with 60 years of household items. Cristina let us know just what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale and kept us from spending too much on clean up and cosmetic work (such as giving us good advice about how much landscaping we should do). She was patient with a lot of "cash" buyers who came through during the estate sale and vetted all interested parties so that it was easy to decide which offers were the most probable to result in a sale.
