ZillowVERIFIED I wish we could give Cristina 10 stars! Easily the best realtor in the Denver area. She worked tirelessly for us to find out dream home, which took some time. The area we were looking in was a super hot market so we had to get in and offers out sometimes within a day. Cristina is a master negotiator and helped us get our house under asking and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way. Despite the dreadful listing agent, who was on vacation out of the country and had another person "handling" the deal, which made it very difficult to get answers and negotiate, Cristina took the lead and got this deal closed on time. We could not be more grateful for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina is very knowledge about about the business and will dig into the comps to make sure you are getting the best option. She will sit down with you and make sure you are comfortable with the decision and ask any questions. we met multiple times before listing out house and since we are waiting for a new build, we even pushed back the list date 2 times to make sure it fell within a desirable timeline. Cristina fought to get us the best offer and we couldn't be happier. On the flip side, she is also very knowledge about a new build and asked questions we had no idea to even ask. She is positive and her high energy keeps things moving along. Nothing has fallen through the cracks!!
