ZillowVERIFIEDChristina Fischer did an outstanding job with the purchase and negotiation on my new home. She was there for me every step of the way. She asked so many pertinent questions to make sure I was purchasing in the right location. She went over and above and really looked out for my best interest. She is an amazing realtor and great easy going person. If you need a realtor call Christina! Don't worry about her being too busy, she will make the time and give the time needed to find your perfect home, or sell it! She's great! Geri

ZillowVERIFIED We were very nervous about the home buying process, being first timers and with the current state of the market. Most of the nerves were put to rest upon meeting Cristina. She gave us a lot of updates on current states of places we were interested in, and also immediate updates on houses hitting the market that fit our needs. She dealt with so much stuff we'd have no idea about and seemed very happy to do so. We learned so much from her about the ins and outs of the industry that we would have never thought of. Even after the process being done with, she's continued to check on us and make sure things are okay. We will definitely be giving her a call when we look to sell our starter home in the future. We can't recommend her enough. Thank you Cristina for helping us find our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina did an outstanding job, she was thorough, did her due diligence on every issue regarding my purchase, and worked closely with my broker to make sure that things not only ran smoothly but timely. My scenario was definitely a difficult situation but she worked hard to get me through every step with ease. The most important feature that Cristina possessed during my process is that it was never just business. She cared, she felt my struggle with me and as well as my victory. I plan on buying more houses in the near future - Cristina will ALWAYS be my go to - for both buying and selling. SHE IS HONEST - she sugar coats nothing & that is a characteristic that many in business have lost. Cristina is a real-estate agent that works with integrity, honesty and compassion for her clients needs and situation. Having her on my side made my purchase sail smoothly and I cannot thank her enough! Amazing human being & an even more amazing Real Estate Agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina is truly one of the most kind and caring realtors my family and I may ever work with during the home/ property selling process. She's honest and realistic in her valuations helping to manage expectation, and truly goes above and beyond in all aspects of the home selling process. Cristina took something that had previously been a headache for me and my family and really simplified it by working tirelessly to achieve what we wanted. Being a family trying to sell a retreat/ vacation home from 100+ miles away would normally be a colossal undertaking and hassle, but Cristina made it as smooth as possible for us using her local connections and network to help us sell our home. On top of that, she sent a sweet poem to us after the sale which was beautiful and captured so much of our feelings and memories of this family home that was designed and built by my grandfather. Cristina is more than a realtor in many ways - she personalizes the experience and connects with you and your loved ones. We trusted her to help us through the process and will always remember and thank her for it. Thank you, Cristina - for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina is AMAZING! I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. I am a first-time homebuyer who likes to look at houses but had little knowledge of how the home buying process actually worked. Cristina walked me through everything and gave me her honest thoughts on every property we looked at. The sellers of my now home were very difficult to work with and she kept me in the loop regarding issues and consistently negotiated to find compromises that would make the deal work. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor and am so grateful for her help!

ZillowVERIFIED We Found Christina to be a Passionate and Caring Advocate who was relentless in our journey to obtain our home. I selected VA who`s process is daunting to say the least. However Christina meshed with the loan processor and got it done. You could have no better Advocate/Relator and Friend than Christina Fischer. My Daughter is moving to the Clarion , PA Area. I would not trust anyone else to find her a home.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a long, bumpy road to homeownership and Cristina was there for us every step of the way. She was very honest and transparent during walkthroughs and very responsive to emails, text messages, and phone calls. She had no problems getting us answers when we couldn't get them from mortgage companies, inspectors, and appraisers. There were a few times when we felt discouraged throughout the process, and she was always there to ease our minds. Cristina was the best agent we could have hoped for during the home buying journey and she will be the first person we call when we're ready for the next chapter.

She is very professional in her approach yet down to earth and friendly. Even after closing, she offered help and guided us to the lot we purchased and to the main offices at Treasure Lake. I am so grateful for all she did for us. Definately a 5 Stars experience! Thank you so much Cristina. :)

ZillowVERIFIED We bought a house in Treasure Lake back in November and Cristina was our agent. Cristina went above and beyond during this process. We lived 2 hours away and the sellers, let's just say were not very cooperative. They created more problems then should have happened. Cristina helped us in many ways above being our realtor. I would highly recommend Cristina because of her help we now have our house in Treasure Lake!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina reached out immediately on a house that my wife and I were interested in seeing. We were not familar with the Treasure Lake area and she showed us around. It took us a few viewings to find the house that we eventually purchased. We had an issue with the closing and Cristina kept in touch. We were able to close on the house. Cristina is a top notch real estate agent. She is a friend of the family now.

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina has been great to work with every step of the way on our journey to purchasing our home in Treasure Lake. She has vast knowledge of the area and the market and was always available to answer our questions or provide insight as we weighed our choices. She was critical in helping us to get the home we wanted at a fair price while advising us on what we could and should ask for during the negotiation process. My wife and I hadn't purchased a home in 20 years so her input was very valuable and much appreciated. What truly sets Cristina apart is her continued commitment to customer service. For nearly a year after our purchase she has continued to answer my questions and provide insight on the area. Cristina has gone above and beyond and I will without a doubt seek her out for guidance on our next purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED After reviewing properties on Zillow, My wife and I had found a property we were interested in seeing and randomly choose Cristina. We were glad we did. The property we wanted to see was no longer available but we let Cristina know what we were interested in and within a few days she sent a list of properties she thought we might like. One particular property she had sent us, which we had not even seen listed, caught our eye. We would be coming from 400 miles away so she checked out the property and sent us video before we went up, we ended up traveling to PA to a showing the nest day and ended up purchasing the property. We feel Cristina going above and beyond and listening to what we were interested in got us the house we wanted in the location we wanted. Thanks Cristina
