ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Cristina Corea was an absolute blessing. Selling a home can feel like a daunting and overwhelming experience, but Cristina guided us through every single step with incredible patience and care. Since we were selling from out of state, we were naturally nervous about the logistics, but Cristina made the entire process seamless. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough, always taking the time to answer our questions thoughtfully. From preparing the house for sale to the final paperwork and negotiations, she kept us informed and supported. It was clear from day one that she truly cared about our family, not just the sale. We couldn't have done this without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing a home for the first time can be a very exciting experience, but may seem petrifying if done so alone. Luckily for myself and my mother, we were guided 100% of the way by Cristina. From the pre-approval, to visiting properties, to merging parcels, my mother and I felt confident every step of the way. A goal that seemed unachievable was made a reality. Cristinas expertise, professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and passion for helping people made our journey easy and enjoyable. Cristina gave us her full undivided attention every time as if we were her only clients, almost as we were family. As we concluded our purchase, Cristina ensured that she would support us with any additional inquiries. My mother and I know, that we gained a friend that we can trust for life. I will definitely be recommending Cristina to anyone in need of an agent because I know they will be well taken care of. As a 25 year old purchasing a home for the first time, I wouldnt change this experience one bit. Thank you for making our dream come true!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina was a very responsible, honest, caring and trustworthy agent that made me feel like so confident that I didnt have any doubts about the house I was purchasing because she was very honest, she didnt make me feel like all she cared about was her commission like other agents, she actually cared about how I felt about the house and if I was not satisfied that we can keep looking until I was happy with the house I was getting. Thats very important as you dont see that often in real state. I would definitely 100% recommend Cristina, in fact, I already recommended her to some friends and family members.

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly Cristina is the most patient, knowledgeable, and experienced agent my family and I have ever worked with. We worked with her for over 4 months as our buying agent. She took the time to show us multiple properties that fit our criteria and never pressured us to make any offers on anything we weren't 100% sure of. She is very detail oriented and has nothing but her client's best interest in mind. If you are looking to buy or sell a property I would definitely recommend you to give Cristina an opportunity to represent you and I guarantee you will not be disappointed that you did.

ZillowVERIFIED I was buying my 1st house and I was dealing with another realtor that wasn't really going out showing me house. I went to look at house that Cristina was showing and the moment we met her she was explaining to us on the different programs and options we had that our other realtor didn't tell us about. That moment we asked her for her card within a week we found another house to look out and loved it. From there everything went smoothly and fast. She got us to close in 45days and was on our side from the beginning. A year later she helped us get in contact with someone to refinance to a lower interest rate.
