ZillowVERIFIEDCristina is very fast and efficient. We had the fastest closing possible. Most importantly, she is very knowledgeable about the local market and made our closing smooth despite the holiday season. She is an extremely responsive and effective communicator - we personally prefer people who talk less and work more without wasting our precious time. She is one such highly efficient professional. We will strongly recommend her to all our friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina is the best! She is super responsive and supportive throughout the entire process, providing us peace of mind as first-time home buyers. She helped us find our dream home and get our offer accepted on a competitive house within the week of us starting to work with her! Thats gotta be some kind of record. Do yourself a favor and choose Cristina as your agent. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Cristina was absolutely amazing when my fiance and I were looking for a house. We were first time home buyers jumping into this with no prior knowledge of what to do. Cristina was extremely patient, explained everything in a way we could understand, delt with our family on top of us and never gave up. Even with offer after offer being denied. I will be from now on recommending her to anyone who is looking for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Cristina during this process! She was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and was always able to locate information quickly. This is my first time purchasing property in MA and Cristina helped me understand the nuances of this market. She helped me find exactly the property that suited my needs. Cristina is a terrific problem solver and kept the process moving forward in a focused manner. I would highly recommend Cristina to anyone needing a highly skilled realtor to work with, who gets the job done!
