ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Cristal. I came across her as a recommendation from a colleague when I mentioned I needed a realtor that could navigate the current competitive housing market. She didn't disappoint. Cristal maintained constant, knowledgeable communication throughout the whole process. She never hesitated to explain any part the process to a first time home buyer or give her honest opinion on certain homes. Her opinion was certainly valuable and allowed me to get a great home at a great value without having to go back and forth with the sellers. As a result, the whole process was stress free and relatively painless. I always thought buying your first home would be a pain, but it was quite the opposite. If you don't have a realtor yet look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED Cristal has been wonderful to work with over the past few months. I am lucky to have stumbled upon her while searching for properties online. As a first time home buyer, Cristal was able to walk me through the entire process so I understood what was needed when buying a home. I would send her links of properties I liked, she would send me recommendations as well and within a day or two we were out and about looking at properties and she was always available at times that worked with my hectic schedule. When it came to putting in an offer, Cristal had great negotiation skills and she worked to get me a great price on the property I purchased. My lender also had wonderful things to say about Cristal as she helped worked with them as a team to push us though to an on time closing date! She has a vast amount of local contacts that helped with the title, inspections, repairs etc. Cristal is polite, knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend her as a Relator!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristal Gonzalez was essential throughout my home buying experience. She was prompt and knowledgeable when showing me homes on the market. When I found my dream home, she helped me negotiate with the seller to get me the best possible price. She advised and linked me to other professionals such as home inspectors, home lenders, and contractors for small projects once the home was mine. She was always there with a friendly greeting whenever she had updates to provide for me. I highly recommend Cristal Gonzalez because no one works as hard and diligently as she does.

ZillowVERIFIED She was professional and very easy to talk to. We told her what kind of house we wanted and she kept us in certain neighborhood to narrow our choices. The process was easy and kept us up to speed on the paper work needed to close. And we where able to get a lower price on the house.
