Following her guidance and insight on what I needed to do to get the home ready as well as her great marketing of the home, we were able to get a buyer for the asking price within a week of being on market. The closing process was also difficult due to COVID19, guardianship legal guidelines (inspections, appraisals etc.) and other challenges. Crista suggested listing at $395k and we sold it for $385k because she understood supply vs demand. Crista also brings in a professional furniture stager and photographer to create and present the best possible online and in person presentation. As a result of the above, we accepted an offer less than 2 weeks from listed the house and just closed recently. Crista was always in communication, referred low priced contractors to finish the little things that pop up in an inspection or C/O. She even sat at the house while we worked to ensure that everything was done correctly. Crista made every situation manageable. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
